I always have this question when I get back from a trip. The longer the trip, the longer it takes me to figure out the answer. It's like I have a complete brain-dump of my normal daily activities so I have to learn all over again. I'm getting it figured out, though. It turns out I play with Wyatt (always wondering if what we're doing is helping his little brain develop at all), do laundry, clean, cook and go to the commissary. I mean, we've only been home 5 days and I've already been twice - and they were closed for two days! I think I still need to figure out how to work in some more meaningful activities or something. Then again, maybe I should just concentrate on decluttering the guest room since that bed became our dumping ground for all the miscellaneous stuff we stuck in our bags. And maybe I should make an attempt at catching up on all the statements, bills, paperwork, etc. that piled up while we were gone. Plus I haven't even unwrapped my new iPod, despite the fact that AFN radio nearly made me batty yesterday while I was in the car for all of 30 minutes. So much to do! So little organization to my day to make me do it :)
In a little Wyatt update for all you relatives who are curious, the quest to have him eat solids is a challenging quest indeed. So far we've tried squash and green beans, both of which were met with unpleasant reactions. So unpleasant, in fact, that all but one eating session has ended with him gagging. The one that didn't end in gagging actually ended with screaming. So it's going pretty well. He's also starting to push up on all fours but inevitably face-plants and starts crying. It's not exactly positive reinforcement. We'll keep practicing both the eating and the crawling; I'm sure he'll get them both mastered before he goes to kindergarten.

Ah, the joys of motherhood are never ending. In about 15 years when he is eating faster than you can replenish the groceries, you'll look back on this and laugh.
Bananas.
Keep trying...it takes that gag reflex a while to get used to "solids"...which are not solid at all if you've noticed! Oh well!
