Whirlwind(ed)

Back in April, I thought May was going to be rather dull, save for a blip in the middle of the month. As it turns out, May is ridiculously busy save for a snippet of almost-dull right about now. But it's all good! We've had company twice since the first and one more round is scheduled to finish the month and launch us into June. We're loving every minute of it. Pictures to prove it:

Wyatt and Daddy enjoying the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum

Natalie enjoying the Air & Space Museum, then strolling on the mall.
Wyatt enjoying his carousel ride with Grandma while Natalie was stuck outside the fence, longing to ride along.

The whole family meandering past the Washington Monument and the kids sitting in front of it.

Wyatt, tracing his birthplace at the WWII Memorial

The FDR Memorial. Dad's on the dole and Wyatt contemplated all forms of falling water.

Aw, these are my babies feeding the ducks in Annapolis. I'm pretty biased but they were the cutest kids there.
More family bonding time in Annapolis...

Cheering on cousin Sarah at her college graduation  - go Sarah!

Our last stroll through Annapolis - cute town and so picturesque. I could've taken photos there for days.

And lastly, Wyatt pledging his allegiance to the flag. This is a frequent - and fervent - occurrence!

I can hardly wait to hear the Pledge. Grandma reports that it's the most spirited pledge I'll ever hear.
